Hosted by  Health Proc Europe  as facilitator of the  Alliance for Procurement Impact,  this Dialogue Forum is a side event of Sustainable Healthcare Week. It brings together hospitals, health authorities and industry, spanning pharmaceuticals, medical devices and equipment, to work towards more sustainable, resilient and value-based healthcare procurement. 

Across Europe, efforts to move procurement decisions beyond price are growing but remain fragmented and inconsistent. This forum brings that work to the table. Industry will share the challenges shaping healthcare supply chains and the case for closer collaboration, while buyers already engaged in the API Adoption Labs will share what they have learned so far and why the work matters in practice. 

What to expect: industry voices on the pressures facing healthcare supply chains; first-hand accounts from buyers in the Adoption Labs, co-designing and testing procurement criteria beyond price; structured open dialogue between buyers and suppliers throughout; and discussion grounded in practical procurement experience rather than theory.
