About the Masterclasses Hospital Procurement Managers across Europe are facing a number of challenges. This masterclass helps you identify gaps and opportunities to develop a more strategic approach to hospital procurement.   As a consortium, the NEVI and Health Proc Europe together with the EHPPA are combining expertise, improving performance and providing participants with strategic positioning in the European healthcare procurement market. The masterclass aims to upgrade participant’s healthcare procurement competencies as a response to current challenges.  Inside Procurement Nevi also has a community platform where you can find interesting articles, news, questions and answers. The Value-Based Procurement Community of Practice (VBP CoP) brings together procurement organizations, procurers, the Medical Technology industry and their leadership and engages with health authorities and other stakeholders with a common interest in value-based procurement. The objective of the VBP CoP is to foster a change in practice and implement value-based procurement both in the public and private healthcare sectors. This will bring the most economically advantageous solution into healthcare, taking into account the value offered to patients, to the care givers, the providers and potentially, to society. Les marchés passés par MercurHosp sont soumis, par phases, à l’approbation des institutions participantes dans le cadre du comité de pilotage de MercurHosp (CoPIL) où chaque membre y est représenté par un Relais, qu’il désigne. Le CoPIL se réunit également plusieurs fois par an, pour :  Elaborer le projet de Feuille de Route des marchés; Discuter du suivi des marchés ; Echanger des informations sur les marchés en cours d’exécution; Partager des expériences et bonnes pratiques

EHPPA Board

The Board of EHPPA association comprises elected representatives who are appointed by the General Assembly. The Board is elected for a two-year period. It’s comprised of the President, the Executive Vice-President, the Vice-presidents and of the Secretary of the Association.  The current Board was elected during the General Assembly #18 in November 2021, and their mandate will run until December 19th,2023.  They meet every month to discuss the progress made in each portfolio, share events to communicate to the EHPPA members, organise the internal events.  Each member of the Board is responsible for one topic. 6 key topics for healthcare procurement are covering (Digitalisation in Procurement, Sustainability and Social Value, Training, External Relationship and Internal coordination, Innovation and Securing Supplies).

GT non aigus

Le GT hôpitaux non aigus est un groupe de travail qui regroupe les responsables des institutions psychiatriques et hôpitaux non aigus. Ils ont la particularité d’avoir un financement différent par rapport aux hôpitaux aigus ainsi qu’un besoin qui se différence dans le médical.  MercurHosp a la chance de compter un grand nombre de membres non aigus, ce qui justifie de lancer des projets sur mesure pour ce groupe homogène parmi nos membres.  Ce groupe de travail a été constitué en 2021. GT Pharma

Le GT Pharma est un groupe de travail qui rassemble une fois par mois les responsables des pharmacies des membres effectifs pour les besoins spécifiques de la passation des marchés de médicaments et autres produits pharmaceutiques (marchés pharma).  Le GT Pharma participe à l’élaboration des documents de marché, à l’analyse des offres, au suivi de l’arrivée des biosimilaires et, émet des propositions pour la Feuille de Route pour les marchés pharma. C’est aussi un lieu d’échange et de bonnes pratiques. Le dynamisme de ce groupe de travail, piloté par les acheteurs de MercurHosp, a permis d’attribuer xx marchés pharma en 2023. GT Sustainability

Le GT sustainability est un groupe de travail qui regroupe les responsables des membres effectifs pour les besoins spécifiques au développement durables et les relais membres du CoPil dans le but de discuter de solutions pour des achats hospitaliers responsables.  Ce groupe de travail a été constitué en novembre 2023 afin de prendre en compte les besoins spécifiques de ces institutions.
