InnoBuyer

InnoBuyer is a Coordination and Support Action funded under the EU’s Horizon Europe research and innovation program. It serves as a testing ground for a demand‑driven, co‑creation methodology that brings together Challengers (public or private organisations with unmet innovation needs) and Solvers (innovation‑driven SMEs, especially those backed by the European Innovation Council, EIC) to jointly develop solutions and speed up procurement of innovation.
